Full service property management with a flat fee starting at 8% of the monthly rent. Certain landlords with multiple properties may qualify for as low as 6%.

Leasing refers to the process of acquiring a qualified tenant who moves into the property. Listing refers to marketing the property. Leasing fee is set at a flat $700 and we do not charge a separate listing fee.

When a tenant’s lease term comes to an end, we will negotiate a new lease on the property owner’s behalf. In order to incorporate the newest property management legislation into the lease, we will always sign a brand new lease with the tenants and never reuse the old lease.
